Litho printing is the process where plates are set up for each colour which is then printed one on top of the other. It is possible to choose the number of colours to be used, including pantone colours. The process of setting up the plates are normally more costly and therefore only cost effective for larger print projects (over 1000 items).

 

The quality of Litho print is very high with true colour representation. Most printers offer a 4 or 'full colour' Litho print service but there are printers who could offer a process of using up to 8 colour plates.
